Trip to see Daddy

We had a GREAT time on our trip to see Daddy. Thank you Christy,Cole and Jackson for making it that much more enjoyable. It was good to have some sister time and to let the kiddos run around....even if my tempeture rose and I sweat alot. :)

Marleys 2nd Birthday Party

Thank you for being a part of Marleys Birthday. She had such a blast. We missed out on Kimberly, Jordan and Merideth but they sent their love which is just as good. :) It was so fun to see all the kids in their animal costumes. They all make quit the team. I love our family!

austin update

Hey Austin just gained 3 1/2 ounces. Yes! All he needs to do is keep his own temperature, take the bottle and start nursing. I think if we all combine our prayers and faith with these specifics in mind, (maybe make it the object of our November fast), I know that we will see Austin home with Jo and Quinn by the first week of November. Wouldn't that be awesome!!!

Austin grows

Great news. Austin has moved to an open crib now. He is improving everyday. He is also now 4lbs and 1oz. Yea!! Thank you for all your prayers.

Morgan and Nic's B-day!

austin's moving!

"here are some more pictures. One with Joanna reading him his first story. Another with a 0-3 month old baby's sock that his whole leg can fit in. They moved him into an isolate unit where it's quieter for him. He got his first bath last night. Joanna looks great as you can see. The video shows him with hick ups. He is feeding well and eating more and more each day. He has light brown hair like his mommy did when she was little. Quinn"

Meredith's blessing!

What a joyful time to come together as a family. Thanks for letting us be apart of such an important moment in Mere's life. We love her so much. Her sweet smile and happy joyful spirit. She is the "pink of perfection". I was looking at our beautiful children and feeling so blessed. We look forward to Austin's blessing day and the time where we can share in his sweet spirit as well. What a lucky aunt I am, not only can I lay claim to the cutest kids around, but they love me back. It is so wonderful to be in a family where there are no divisions. Where we feel unity and love on so many levels. Thanks for being the wonderful brothers and sisters that you are and for adding so much dimension and joy to our lives. I have learned so much from each of you. Thank you for making a difference in my life! I love the laughing sister photo. There can be laughter through the tears as long as we can support each other and find the power to strengthen and serve and love one another.

Austin

Jo and Quinn are home now and doing well. Jo looks great. They just sent a video of Austin opening his eyes and wiggling. He looks fanstastic. What a sweet man. I truly can't wait for my turn to hold him and meet him and tell him how grateful I am that he is here and happy. I just want him to know that we love him so much.

GREAT IDEA!!

Nate and Mandy, we had so much fun at the park last Sunday! Thanks for the great idea. We are so lucky to have this family unit and to be so blessed with love and respect for one another. Thanks for setting such a great example of unconditional love. I want to be more like you. It was really fun to all go over afterwards and surprise Jo and Quinn. Life is great isn't it and family is one of the things that makes it so wonderful!
