I'm a big Sister!!

Congratulaions Jordon and Kimberly! We are so excited and know that Meredith will be a great big sister! We love you!

The wedding was wonderful! Tim and Audrey looked so beautiful. The sealer was great. He compared their life to the river and encouraged them to work together to avoid the rapids of life. He reminded them to always respect one another and keep a close tie to the Lord. They were so positive and beautiful. I loved it! The temple was gorgeous and so we took a few extra photos. Tracey did a beautiful job with the cake and everyone gave their all to make the reception beautiful. It was an extra special treat to have Beema, Uncle Howard and Aunt Karleen there. Thank you for the extra help and love. We are so grateful for eternal families. Tim and Audrey, we love you and wish you the very best most joyful life ever!

I just wanted to say thank you to all my sisters for being the greatest examples of motherhood! I am so blessed. I learn something wonderful from each of you. Joanna has taught me that no sacrifice is too great for our children. Even when it is really tough to do what is right. You stuck to it. Thank you.
Kimberly, when I see you with Meredith, I want to be more in tune to my children. You are so much more aware than I ever was with my first two and your example has helped me to be more aware with Emery. Thank you for helping me enjoy every moment with awareness.
Mandy, you have taught me to love unconditionally and teach that love by example to our children. You are so patient and loving and that love is reflected by Marley. She too is so loving and sweet. Thank you for teaching me how to teach that principle to my children.
Christy, you have helped me to realize the need to slow down and take time for my family. I'm grateful for your example as a mother whose priority is her family.

Destin Florida!!

We had so much fun this past weekend. We drove down to Destin Florida for a family vacation. What a blast. We stopped at the Birmingham Zoo on the way down which was a perfect break. We got to Florida and swam in the hotel's pool, played on the beach and went to the Gulfarium ('dolphin show' as Cole would say). Cole had the best time building sand castles with daddy, while Jackson wasn't too thrilled with the sand. Since he is not walking yet he got sand everywhere and then in his mouth and face. I am sure the next time we make it to the coast he will like it more. hehe. We are so grateful for this chance to go spend time together. Enjoy the pictures. And we also wanted to give a little shout out to Timmy who got married yesterday! Congrats kiddo! Wish we could have been there. We love you all!!!
