Fun in the Park!!!

It's been SO nice to see GG and Pops this summer. Nate and I got our new camera and I couldn't wait to put it to good use. I was way to excited to really sit down and read the manual on it I just wanted to aim and shoot! I thought it was TOO cute that Jackson and Emery were little matching buddies with their sunshiney oranges and yellows and our cute little mommas were in pinks......does this mean where going to have girls?! Haa, haa! I LOVE Liams pirate face/pose. I couldn't help but get a fun one of him in his bandana. Then there's Cole looking super sharp with his new haircut and keepin it real in the tire swing. He is growing up SO quickly.
Anyway, enjoy and we'll see you soon.

Happy Birthday Em!

Thanks for all the fun birthday wishes and gifts for our little munchkin. She felt very special.
Here's a few photos from this last week. We made a trip to the park to feed the ducks and attend the Nashville Shakespeare festival. The kids loved it! Emery thought the best part was feeding the ducks!

We checked out a friends web page and Isa saw a photo of her daughters putting flowers in each others hair and so we had to do the same thing!

We had a great time at the zoo the other day ago. It was HOT!!! But a lot of fun to be there!

Lastly (sorry to make these so long!) I am really enjoying my rehearsals. The kids came a couple nights in a row and had a great time too! PS can anyone identify this kind of flower! It grows every year in our back yard to usher in football season!

A week of milestones!

It's been a good week for our family. Liam's birthday was a huge success. We had so much fun! I made grandma's cheesecake and Liam said I was the best cook ever. The theme of our party was Chuck E Liam's and my sweet son planned the whole thing. We had transformer bean bag toss, shoot the storm trooper, tic tac toe, and go fish. The prizes included pencils, erasers, fruit snacks, bubbles and mini candies (more for the parents then the kids) We made mini pizzas from biscuts and just had a jolly good time! I feel so blessed to have such a great little man to lead out for the other kids! Thank you to everyone who helped make Liam's day special.

Liam also got glasses this week. His right eye has to work twice as hard as his left and so he needs glasses for reading and close up stuff. He loves them and is learning to take good care of them. The day he got them he sat down and read his newest tree house book all the way through (thank you GG and Pops) I can tell that it is making a difference. Yay!

Liam also learned to ride his bike without training wheels. All this fun this week!! Wow! Sara taught him how before we left for Idaho, but we were slow to follow up. Turns out he has a great memory and took off. He says going down hill is a little scary still, but he loves to ride! It's been good for me. I am a lazy bum and needed a good reason to go for a walk each night, so a bike ride/ walk before bed is a habit we are building!

Emery has stayed dry all day including through a nap the last two days. Way to go Em. She still has about one accident a day, but we'll allow her that. She is also getting up and going potty in the morning and rarely wakes up wet. I think we are making progress. We are still a no go in public or if there are lots of people around, but hey, we will get there! Yay Emery!

Isabelle is loving letters and draws constantly. She's been a bit moody lately due to the fact that she can't fall asleep at night. Poor girl! Mom's I attribute her night owl syndrome to you! I love you anyway. hee hee

I finally talked Morgan into going to the chiropractor. He's had a stiff neck since Sunday and all the massage in the world would not fix it. He has another appointment on Tuesday and should be back on track this weekend.

Lastly, I wanted to say thank you for all the words of encouragement. We are super excited and look for our bundle of joy to join us in the spring. Until then, I will busily school kiddos and joy of all joys I get to participate in a play!! Yippee! I am playing a mom (how appropriate). We will be performing during the day on Wednesdays for middle schools in the area. It should be lots of fun. Right now we are trying to decide if it is something that Morgan can also participate in. hmmm That would be super fun!

So that's life in the Williams/Hamilton home. We hope that all is well in your neck of the woods. We love you!

Summer Joys!!

Summer car washes are always fun! Especially when you're Emery!

Liam is as of late, a little frustrated at not having anyone to sleep with. We've had quite a few "campouts" To help him feel better.
Our school day starts early and after ends with lots of free time. Liam spends his free time playing legos and Isa is always drawing, gluing, and cutting. Gramachele, she is your granddaughter! Emery is usually with me taking a nap. By the way, Emery is really growing up. She knows blue, circle, heart and star. She is getting triangle, and square and almost has orange and purple figured out. Way to go Em.

SURPRISE!!!

If you have figured out our happy news, please keep it quiet for a day or two. We want to see how long it takes for others to figure it out. hee hee. Feel free to comment or call us though!
