November!

This month has been a busy one and I am just now getting my photos loaded up! Our princess turned 6! She had a great birthday full of love! She had a full day starting with a princess package from Liam including a princess hat, story book that he wrote, and activity page that he created and a mini puppet show for her. Emery colored her a picture and Daddy and I gave her dates to the theatre. Later that day Morgan and I went to her school to eat lunch with her. Morgan also sang to her and gave her a rose. She was so happy. The little girl in the lunchroom with her is her best friend Christina.

Halloween

Christy threw the most fantastic Halloween party this year. Contests, good eats, sweet music with lots of dancing and best of all GREAT company. I wish I would have taken more photos of the guests but I didn't know many of them and didn't want to over step my grounds so maybe Christy can post some good ones. ;) I just thought I'd share some photos of what the family came as. Hope you all had an eventful Halloween full of fun activities. I'd like to hear each of your family traditions. What fun activities do you each partake of each Halloween?

Our DisneyWorld Trip

We are back from the funnest vacation ever! Nic and I took the boys to Disney World over this past weekend. We drove down in about 12 hours and got to the hotel at about 4am, which gave us about 4 hours to sleep before getting up and going to the park. We took our time and went to the Magic Kingdom first. It was amazing! Well, let's just say that the kids loved it and Nic and I enjoyed every second of their joy. Plus we had fun on the rides too. hehe

Cole and Jackson loved the rides! They were even good sports about standing in the lines, which weren't too bad. I think they were enthralled with all that was going on around them. We went on It's a Small World, Pirates of the Carabean, The Haunted Mansion (they were so brave with that ride. When we left, Jackson kept saying 'it's not scary, it's just pretend'), we went on all the kids rides, and Cole went on Splash Mountain TWICE! He loved it. My little dare-devil!

We met a bunch of characters and even did a character lunch with the people from Disney's Clubhouse. We didn't know all of their names, but the boys still loved eating with fun characters walking around. I think meeting Mickey and Minnie was their favorite. Pooh bear was our favorite becasue he was so friendly and up-beat. He kissed Jackson and gave the boys hugs and really interacted with them.

Cole has had a new obsession with Stitch. We don't even own the movie, but he wanted nothing more than to meet him and get the stitch doll. So Stitch now goes everywhere with us. And yes, Emery, we think of you everytime we see him. :)

The next park we went to was Animal Kingdom. I didn't bring my big camera so I don't have pics now to share of that. I may someday.... check out facebook like next week and maybe I will have downloaded them by then. :)

We skipped Epcot this go round. Nic and I didn't think the boys would like that park as much as the others, so our last stop was Disney's Studios. This is where we had our character lunch and where we met a bunch of the characters, like Lightning McQueen! He was a hit! I rode (by myself) on the tower of terror and Aerosmith's Rocken rollarcoaster twice while Nic took the boys back to the hotel for a nap. Don't I have the best husband ever?! He rocks! And so did the rides.

The above picture is Cole going on the Star Tours ride. He loved that one too. Jackson was too small so he went to the Indiana Jones stunt show with Nic.

A last point of interest here are the hats we got for the boys. A friend suggested we get them and I am so glad we did. They still put them on and announce that they are Mickey Mouse and that there are two Mickeys. :) I love my boys and my family. We had a great time and are planning another trip in 2 years if anyone wants to join along in the fun! Loves!

Long Over Due

Christy this was the "nature adventure" we went on the morning after the boys slept over. We had such a blast. Two of the neighbor boys came with us and had brought their skateboards. Cole didn't like riding it much but rather enjoyed carrying it for them instead. I wish I'd had gotten some good ones of them taking turns on the bikes....they were so good and so, so cute. Even Jackson with his short little legs still got a kick out of pushing the bike along with his legs. Don't underestimate. He's still a quick one! Nathan and I took a turn riding it down a hill. ( of coarse we don't do anything unless there's competition involved ) Quickly after the kids saw us they were like let's try that. Ha, ha!! We've gotta couple of NO FEAR children we're going to have to keep watch on in the next couple years girl.

Anyway, these were just taken from Nates phone. BUT guess who fixed my camera tonight? That's right ladies, so next time you see Nate give him a high five, BIG hug, or even a little tap on the booty ( I won't mind ) and say Good job. You may just find me back in blog land.
